Our typical loan are from $1,000,000 to $ 20,000,000 with terms as long as 35 years and loan values of up to 83% allowing you to maximize your investment returns and open up your cash flow!

Flexibility

We are not your typical conservative bank. Atlantic Business Capital presents you with a wide range of loan structures for your commercial mortgage, applying maximum loan to values and low loan costs. We offer non-recourse securitized loans for your commercial real estate investments and conventional portfolio loans for your owner occupied real estate needs. Our non-recourse programs are usually 80% to 83% LTV with up to 35 year amortizations. Typically, a 90% financing option is available for owner-occupied properties where the borrowers occupies at least 25% of the square footage. Atlantic Business Capital has competitive fixed and variable rates; the borrower can choose between a variety of flexible loan terms and amortization up to 35 years with no balloon payments or call provisions.
